Unite Students operate over 125 private student accommodations across the UK, so given their demographic social media is key. We partnered together to create a series of engaging, cool, friendly and innovative content posts for all their key channels – driving sales, growing their following and building their brand!

THE STRATEGY

Using specially crafted video ads and 360º content, students were targeted across Facebook, YouTube and Instagram – both showcasing the lifestyle Unite represents and the properties themselves.

This two tiered strategy has been delivered over 12 months and has delivered marketing leading results through innovative use of custom audience, re-marketing and A/B testing.
